Strengthening the Rowlett community by developing and producing quality low-cost affordable home ownership opportunities, and providing assistance for those needing critical home repairs.
The Rowlett HFC Foundation is a 501(c)(3) corporation focused on providing affordable housing options as well as helping those already in their homes with critical repairs needed to maintain the security and integrity of their home.
